Rolling your car into the ditch on a busy overpass is terrifying. To have someone come out and immediately you help and make sure you are safe when your in shock does make life easier. Mike was absolutely terrific with us. He made sure we were safe and warm. Brought us coats to wear while we waited for the police. He made sure we were safe while we waited for our ride and let me focus on being safe and uninjured instead of trying to nickel and dime us. He made a horrible experience an easy one to get through and for that I thank him.
